Plates and Blades

The material used in our plates is a custom alloy created to our specifications providing the optimal combination of hardness and toughness. Heat treated for superior wear and abrasion resistance and ground on all surfaces including outside and inside diameters.

Knife Mounts

Machined from aerospace quality, forged, stainless steel. Each knife mount is heat treated for strength and highly polished for better product flow, easier cleanup and buildup resistance.

Spare Parts

Quality stainless steel parts available for all models of Mince Master machines. All of our frames, castings and exterior parts are polished.
